RemoteMgr.com is a Virtual Management System (VMS) that allows you to control your enterprise from any PC with internet access. Whether you have one store or many, RemotMgr.com will significantly improve your business with an ROI that is easy to justify.
By accessing the RemoteMgr.com web portal, you will gain access to all of your locations and enjoy the benefits of using the technology shown in the Virtual Restaurant. As long as you have a pc and internet connection you will have access to your enterprise.
Employees can access permitted and relevant information from their home or other internet enabled location as well.
Customers will be able to order food on line from the convenience of their home or office.

No. RemoteMgr.com is a closed messaging system. Messages can only be sent between users within RemoteMgr.com who have password access. |

1.6 How do I change my password? |

You can Change your personal password by logging into RemoteMgr.com and selecting Human Resources then select Edit My Personal Info. Under the Password field, input your new password. Select Save |

1.7 How do I get a password? |

The adminstrators password is assigned by Remote Technologies. Standard User
passwords are assigned by the restaurant's designated administrator. Contact your administrator to recieve your specific username and password. |

2.0 Notifications

2.1 Can I be notified if my store is not open or hasn't closed? |
| |
|
Yes. Under Site Config, type in the store hours under Store Open/Close Text Notification. Then select the number of minutes before the store opens or after the store closes in which the notification will be sent. Type in the text messaging address or email address that the notification will go to. |

2.2 How can I get my hourly reports sent to my wireless phone? |

Select Site Config. Under SMS Sales/Productivity Report, type in the text messaging address or the email address that the reports will be sent to. Note: Text messaging must be active on the wireless handset to recieve these notifications. Contact the wireless provider to activate text messaging |

2.3 How do I set up late notice notifications? |

Select Site Config. Select the Recipients for Automatic Late Notices. Then under the Employee Clock In/Clock Out text notifications, type in either the text messaging address(s) or the email address(s) of the recipients who will recieve these notifications. |

3.0 Work Schedule

3.1 How do I copy a work schedule? |

Select Work Schedule and the select Copy Work Schedule. Enter the Start Copy Date and a Copy to Date. Select Day, Week, or Month for the Copy Time Frame. Select the employee names whose schedule you would like to copy. Select COPY. |

3.2 How can I document a work event? |

Select EVENTS from the Feature Menu. Type in the Title of the event. Select the Starting and Ending dates of the event. If desired, type in the event details. Select SAVE. |

4.0 Remote Access

4.1 How can I remotely access any of the computers at my restaurant? |
| |
|
Log into the RemoteMgr.com location and select REMOTE POS, then select the computer you would like to access.
Once selected a new window will appear with a field for your assigned password.
Once you enter your assigned password you will be able to take control of the computer as if you were standing in front of it.
Note: Pop-Up software will not allow this feature to activate. Please disable all Pop-Up blockers to gain access to your Webcams, POS, ECT, or DVR |

5.0 Webcams

5.1 How do I connect to my webcams from a computer I have never connected to before? |

Select WebCams from the feature menu within RemoteMgr.com. Type in the correct Username and Password which were provided when the Webcams were installed. Note: Disable all Pop-Up blocking software on the computer you are trying to access the Webcams with. Pop-Up blocking software will not allow you to view this and other features within RemoteMgr.com |

5.2 How do I review recorded video remotely? |

Select Webcams. Select Video Archive. Enter Username and Password. Select Get Data List from the options on the display. The Data List will have all recorded dates and times for the location. Select the appropriate one. |

6.1 How do I add a new employee? |

Select Human Resources from the feature menu within RemoteMgr.com. Select Manage Employees. Select the Add button to the right of the page. Input the new employee information. Select SAVE. |

Select Human Resources Select Manage Employees. Select the name of the employee whose file you would like to print. Select Print Emp File near the employee file at the bottom of the page. |

7.1 Can Employees Clock In from home? |

No. Employees can only clock in from the computers at work. Generally one computer (the ECT) will be designated for clocking in and out. The Admin can determine which computers can and can't be used for this purpose |

Select Human Resources. Select Manage Employees. Select the name of the employee whose access you would like to change. Check the Permission Levels desired. Select SAVE. Note: Most employees will have only the Standard User permission level selected. |

8.1 How do I do a search to find out all the days a certain employee worked? |

Select Payroll. Select Time Sheet. Select the Date Range or Pay Period you would like to view. Uncheck any employees you do not want included in the search. Select Show Inactive Users if your search needs to include users that have been inactivated. Select NEXT. |

Select Payroll. Select Time Sheet. Type in the Date Range or Pay Period. Select the name of the employee. The timesheet for this employee will appear. Select the date you wish to edit or select Create Time Card to create a new timecard for that user |
